Land Use of Maluku Utara Province 2014

BPS-Statistics in cooperation with the Directorate General of Food Crops, Ministry of Agriculture, annually collect data of land use by district / city. The data collection officer is Mantri Tani / Kepala Branch Office (KCD) which is apparatus of Regency / City Agricultural Service. Data processing was conducted by BPS based on KCD reports from all sub-districts in North Maluku. The information presented in this publication covers data on the area of wetland by type of irrigation and non-rice fields by type of usage in 2014. The data of the land area presented is the data according to the reality in the field (existing), not by land status or planning data.
