Wednesday, July 1st, 2015, BPS North Maluku Province to re-implement a press conference. This time talking about the development of the consumer price index and inflation Ternate City in June, the exchange rate of farmers in June, the development of exports and imports in May, tourist development and room occupancy rate (TPK) in May 2015, and the development of the production of rice, corn, and soybeans (Figures Remain I Preliminary figures 2014 and 2015).                 In June 2015, the city of Ternate re-experiencing inflation, which amounted to 0.89 percent with the consumer price index 123.67, while the National experienced inflation of 0.54 percent with the consumer price index 120.14. Inflation Ternate City in June 2015 according to expenditure is as follows: 3.73 percent foodstuffs; food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco by 0.26 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas and fuels -0.04 percent; clothing group 1.74 percent; health group 0.14 percent; education, recreation and sport 0.13 percent; as well as transport, communication and financial services 0.01 percent. Some commodity price increases, among others: fresh tuna, malalugis / sorihi, trevally / tude, tomatoes, spinach, onion, garlic, red chili, cayenne pepper, sugar, moslem shirts and air freight rates. While the commodity price decline among others: fresh yellow tail, lolosi, bloated / puffy, cement and ocean freight rates.

Based on the results of monitoring prices in rural districts throughout North Maluku province, NTP June 2015 amounted to 101.22 percent decreased 0.74 percent compared to the previous month (May 2015), which amounted to 101.98.   •     North Maluku rice production in 2015 (Forecast Figures I) is estimated at 79 066 tonnes of paddy, an increase of 6992 tonnes (9.70 percent) compared ROOF 2014. The increase in production is expected because the harvested area rose an area of ​​1,374 hectares (6.48 percent), while productivity is also expected to increase by 1.03 quintals / hectare (3.03 percent).
  •     North Maluku corn production in 2015 (Forecast Figures I) is estimated at 19 279 tons of dry seed, fell by 276 tonnes (1.41 percent) compared to 2014. Fixed figures decline in production due to a lower harvested area is only 6 hectares (0.09 per cent ) as well as the productivity of 0.40 quintals / hectare (1.32 percent).
  •     North Maluku soybean production in 2015 (Forecast Figures I) is estimated at 771 tons of dry beans, rose only by 9 tons (1.18 percent) compared to 2014. Fixed figures increase in production due to increase in area harvested only 6 acres (0.98 percent), while the estimated productivity also increased by 0.03 quintals / hectare (0.24 percent).
